The Carthage Bulldogs were the kings of the Chapel Hill 7-on-7 State Qualifying Tournament on Saturday.

Host Chapel Hill and Carthage snagged the two state bids.

Chapel Hill scored a 60-12 win over Bullard, while Carthage downed Tatum 32-0. The semifinal games were held at Bulldog Stadium in New Chapel Hill. The teams did not play the final after securing the state berth.

Along with Bulldog Stadium, pool play was held in Lindale, Arp and Whitehouse.

The state tournament is scheduled for June 24-26 at Veterans Park and Athletic Complex in College Station.
