A Panola County grand jury returned at least 21 indictments during their July term, the Panola County District Clerk’s Office said.

The following indictments were filed Aug. 8:

  • Robert Logan McDaniel, of Longview, on two counts of burglary of building, one stemming from a June 11 incident and one stemming from a July 9 incident
  • Krystal Mesha Adams, of Longview, on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, stemming from a July 15 incident
  • Kolten Allen Jacks, of Carthage, on a charge of burglary of habitation, stemming from a July 15 incident
  • Braylon Cornelius Brown, of Beckville, on a charge of credit card or debit card abuse, stemming from a July 7 incident
  • Daziya Delashae McMillian, of Beckville, on a charge of credit card or debit card abuse, stemming from a July 7 incident
  • Jonathan Ramon Rayson, of Carthage, on a charge of credit card or debit card abuse, stemming from a July 7 incident
  • Darius Celedra Gates Sr., of Carthage, on a charge of assault of a family/household member with previous conviction, stemming from a May 31 incident
  • Megan Nicole Hodge, of Tenaha, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring between one and four grams, stemming from an Aug. 21, 2018 incident
  • Rueben Scott Martin, of Carthage, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring between one and four grams, stemming from an Aug. 21, 2018 incident
  • Jeremy Shane Lowe, of Carthage, on a charge of attempt to commit harassment of public servant, stemming from a July 4 incident
  • Racquel Renee Rogers, of Houston, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group two measuring less than one gram, stemming from an Aug. 7, 2018 incident
  • Lanecia Danielle Murphy, of Overton, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring between four and 200 grams, stemming from an Oct. 24, 2018 incident
  • James Kapaakea Jinks, of Beckville, on a charge of tamper fabricate physical evidence, stemming from an Oct. 24, 2018 incident
  • Terry Lynn Cherry, of Carthage, on a charge of evading arrest detention with a vehicle, stemming from a June 8 incident
  • Joshua Lyn Erwin, of Tatum, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring less than one gram, stemming from an Aug. 2, 2018 incident
  • Amanda Lynn Isaac, of Tatum, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring less than one gram, stemming from an Aug. 2, 2018 incident
  • Armando Morgan Garza, of Carthage, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring between one and four grams, stemming from an Oct. 3, 2018 incident
