A Panola County grand jury returned 23 indictments in March, two of which were sealed pending arrest.

The following indictments were returned:

Ofelia Rios-de-Salazar, of Carthage, for driving while intoxicated third offense or more, stemming from a Feb. 3 incident

Joshua Dylan Williams, of Carthage, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, stemming from a Feb. 18 incident

Kristopher Caden Hunter, of Carthage, for theft of firearm (two counts) and unauthorized use of a vehicle, stemming from a Dec. 8, 2022 incident

Daulton Wayne Anthony, of Carthage, for theft of firearm, stemming from a Dec. 9, 2022 incident

Ryan Lee Collins, of Gary, for theft of firearm (two counts), stemming from a Dec. 9, 2022 incident

Randall Paul Croes, of River Falls, Wisconsin, for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, stemming from a Jan. 10 incident

Bryant Ladale Newton, of Monroe, Louisiana, for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle and tamper fabricate physical evidence, stemming from a Dec. 16, 2022 incident

Lajoshua Diane Rakakala Lee White, of Bossier City, for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, stemming from a Nov. 29, 2022 incident

Demarco Bell, of Chicago, Illinois, for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, stemming from a Jan. 12 incident

Jaylen Joshua Johnson, of Gary, Indiana, for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, stemming from a Jan. 12 incident

James Cantu Jr., of Carthage, for injury to a child/elderly person/disabled person with intentional bodily injury (two counts), stemming from a Jan. 22 incident

Tony Lee Jenkins, of DeBerry, for evading arrest detention with previous conviction, aggravated kidnapping terrorize, assault of a family/household member with previous conviction, stemming from a Nov. 27, 2022 incident

Rayford Earl King Jr., of Long Branch, for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and deadly conduct discharge of a firearm, stemming from a Jan. 25 incident
