PERSONNEL

a. To record the resignation of Kelvin Roquemore as Operator with Panola County Road & Bridge Department, Precinct 3 effective November 15, 2021 at 5 p.m.

ROAD & BRIDGE

a. To accept and record a donation of material (hot oil sand) valued at $150,888.15 from Sabine Oil & Gas for use by the Panola County Road and Bridge Department, Precinct 3 on County Roads 321 & 322.

b. To accept and record a donation of material (road oil/hot oil sand) valued at $94,500.87 from Rockcliff for use by the Panola County Road and Bridge Department, Precinct 3 on County Roads 331 & 3311.

c. To accept and record a donation of material (rock/labor & equipment) valued at $370,265.61 from Rockcliff for use by the Panola County Road and Bridge Department, Precinct 3 on County Roads 322, 327 & 328.

d. To approve and record a request by Gemini Carthage Pipeline, LLC to place a 10-inch line within the right-of-way of Panola County Road 455.

e. To approve and record a request by Rockcliff Energy, LLC to place 10-inch lines within the right-of-way of Panola County Roads 322, 328, 329, 3224, & 331.

MISCELLANEOUS

a. To approve and record 2021 Budget Amendment No. 24.

b. To approve and record the Panola County Criminal District Attorney’s Chapter 59 Asset Forfeiture Report for the period September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2021.

REQUESTS FOR CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE

a. To approve and record a Request for Attendance at a Conference form(s) for the following Panola County elected official(s)/employee(s): Panola County Treasurer Joni W. Reed; Panola County Reserve Deputy Constable, Precincts 1 & 4 Billy Alexander, Panola County Auditor Jennifer Stacy; and PCSD Detention Officer Chelsi Bullock.
