PERSONNEL

a. To record the retirement of Jeff Scarborough, Patrol Lieutenant with the Panola County Sheriff’s Department effective February 28, 2021.

b. To record the employment of Torey McLemore as a Patrol Deputy with the Panola County Sheriff’s Department effective February 6, 2021 at the rate of $21.92 per hour.

c. To record an increase in salary to $42,000 per year for the County Court at Law Coordinator Gina Goldman effective February 15, 2021.

d. To record the employment of Jeffrey McAndrews as a Detention Officer with the Panola County Sheriff’s Department effective February 13, 2021 at the rate of $15.86 per hour.

e. To record the employment Chris Williams as a Detention Officer with the Panola County Sheriff’s Department effective February 13, 2021 at the rate of $14.62 per hour.

ROAD & BRIDGE

a. To approve and record a request by Rockcliff Energy, LLC to place 10” temporary water lines within the right-of-way of Panola County Roads #322, #328, #329, #3224 & #331.

b. To approve and record a request by Rockcliff Energy, LLC to place a 10” line within the right-of-way of Panola County Road #471.

MISCELLANEOUS

a. To approve and record Panola County Treasurer’s Third Quarter Report for Fiscal Year 2020.

b. To approve and record Panola County Investment Report for 3rd Quarter Fiscal Year 2020.

c. To approve and record the 2021 Affordable Care Act Reporting and Tracking Service (ARTS) Renewal Confirmation Program Agreement between Texas Association of Counties Health and Employee Benefits Pool and Panola County.

d. To ratify and record Federal Annual Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification Report between the Federal Government, Panola County Sheriff’s Department and Panola County for Fiscal Year ending December 31, 2020.

e. To ratify and record Federal Annual Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification Report between the Federal Government, Panola County Criminal District Attorney’s Office and Panola County for Fiscal Year ending December 31, 2020.
