  • Jose Guadalupe Esparza-Colunga, 33, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chris Dickerson for possession of drug paraphernalia, and no driver’s license (when unlicensed).
  • Kimberly Ann Gavurnik, 53, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chris Dickerson pursuant to local warrant/surety surrender/possession of controlled substance penalty group one measuring less than one gram.
  • Gray Farrell Hays, 54, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Daneil Allan Smith pursuant to local warrant/violation of community supervision/criminal mischief causing damage between $100 and $750.
  • Bayleigh Jewell Reynolds, 22, by Carthage Police Department Sergeant Corey Mims pursuant to local warrants/fail to control speed, and no liability insurance.

Arrested Wednesday, August 28, 2019 were:

  • James Kapaakea Jinks, 24, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jacob Samford for driving while license invalid.
  • Warren Devon Castleberry, 28, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Richard Mojica for driving while license invalid, expired registration.
  • Rayon Allison, 46, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Alberto Garza for assault causes bodily injury family violence.

Arrested Thursday, August 29, 2019 were:

  • Jaquisha Annique Hines, 30, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Ashley Esquivel pursuant to local warrant/assault causes bodily injury.
  • Robert Logan McDaniel, 21, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chadd Gray pursuant to local warrant/theft of firearm, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one measuring between one and four grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Brandie Lou Benedetti, 37, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Richard Mojica for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one measuring between one and four grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Teressa Jones Briggs, 48, by Department of Public Safety Trooper Brandon Norman for driving while intoxicated.
  • Justin Jarrod Booty, 31, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Alberto Garza pursuant to local warrants/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license invalid.
