  • Jesse Lane Taylor, 24, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Ronnie Endsley pursuant to local warrant/bond forfeiture/failure to appear/assault causes bodily injury family violence.
  • Michael Courvoisier Hicks, 26, by Department of Public Safety Trooper Joey Pace for evading arrest/detention with vehicle, evading arrest/detention, resist arrest search or transport, tamper/fabricate physical evidence, possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces.

Arrested Saturday, November 2, 2019 were:

  • Laderrius Deshun Adams, 20, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chad Gray for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jamie Dale Quaid, 43, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chad Gray for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Michael Paul Henry, 62, by Carthage Police Department Officer Mark Mutina pursuant to Alameda County, California warrant/failure to appear/sex offender duty to register life/annually.

Arrested Sunday, November 3, 2019 were:

  • Raymond Gilbert Salazar,33, by Carthage Police Department Office Johnny Villasenor for assault family house member impede breath/circulate.
  • Troy Dee Slankard, 56, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Josh Nagle for possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces, possession of controlled substance penalty group one measuring between four and 200 grams, possession of controlled substance penalty group three measuring less than 28 grams, and fraudulent use/possession identifying information number of items less than five.

Arrested Monday, November 4, 2019 were:

  • Daniel Wayne Stroble, 34, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Ronnie Endsley pursuant to local warrant/bond forfeiture/failure to appear/possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces and pursuant to local warrant/ bond forfeiture/failure to appear/unlawful carrying of weapon.
  • Rondale Tremon Sanders, arrested by Department of Public Safety Trooper Brandon Norman pursuant to Nacogdoches County warrant/ bond forfeiture/failure to appear/possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces, and pursuant to Nacogdoches County warrant/ capias/bail jumping and failure to appear.
