  • Anthony Tyrone Hall, 41, by Carthage Police Department Investigator Brack LaGrone for driving while intoxicated second and possession controlled substance penalty group three measuring less than 28 grams.

Arrested Wednesday, November 6, 2019 were:

  • John Matthew Bandy, 47, by Panola County Sheriff Kevin Lake pursuant to local warrants/grand jury indictment/burglary of habitation, burglary of building, and theft of property valued between $750 and $2,500.
  • Bradley Lee Clakley, 35, by Department of Public Safety Trooper Kaleb Bullock for unsafe speed, and failure to comply with required on striking fixtures on highway.
  • Mary Jane Davis, 20, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Ashely Esquivel pursuant to local warrants/bond forfeiture/failure to appear/possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces, and grand jury indictment/money laundering between $2,500 and $30,000.
  • Monte Moore, 43, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Richard Mojica for open container, possession of drug paraphernalia, and pursuant to local warrants/motion to revoke/deadly conduct, contempt of court disobedience of court order (two counts).

Arrested Thursday, November 7, 2019 were:

  • James Edward Acrey Jr., 51, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chris Dickerson for assault causes bodily injury family violence.
  • Christopher Marion Deeds, 43, by Carthage Police Department Officer Courtney Brady for public intoxication.
  • Joseph Harold Sinegal, 35, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Ronnie Endsley pursuant to local warrant/bond forfeiture/failure to appear/possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces.
  • Clifford Earl Williams, 53, by Panola County Sheriff Kevin Lake pursuant to local warrant/grand jury indictment/theft of material aluminum/bronze/copper/brass valued under $20,000.
  • Julia Hunt, 38, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Calahan Malone pursuant to local warrant/bond forfeiture/failure to appear/fail to identify giving false/fictitious information.
