  • Tyra Shantel Valentine, 21, by Carthage Police Department Officer Courtney Brady for theft of property valued between $750 and $2,500, and evading arrest/detention with vehicle.
  • Antinesha Sade Williams Bass, 23, by Carthage Police Department Officer Courtney Brady for theft of property valued between $750 and $2,500, and tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair.
  • Shaqira Lasha Williams, 19, by Carthage Police Department Officer Courtney Brady for evading arrest/detention with vehicle, fail to identify fugitive intent give false information, theft of property valued between $750 and $2,500, possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces, and display fictitious license plate.
  • William Murl Birmingham III, 42, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Travis Curry for burglary of building, burglary of vehicles (four counts), and criminal trespass.
  • Kimora Lambrique Coleman, 19, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chadd Gray pursuant to local warrant/terroristic threat.
  • Brittany Nichole Wallace, 24, by Department of Public Safety Trooper David Tompkins for possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia, and pursuant to local warrant/assault causes bodily injury.

  • Malcolm Dwayne Lyons, 33, by Carthage Police Department Investigator Brack LaGrone for evading arrest/detention with vehicle, possession of controlled substance penalty group one measuring less than one gram and driving while intoxicated.
  • Brenda Renee Pierce, 48, by Carthage Police Department Sergeant David Fitts for criminal trespass, and pursuant to local warrant/grand jury indictment/theft of property valued less than$2,500 with two or more previous convictions.
  • Jason Wayne Parker, 34, by Department of Public Safety Trooper David Tompkins for public intoxication.
  • Patrick Lynn Turner, 27, by Department of Public Safety Trooper David Tompkins for driving while intoxicated.

  • Crystal Nicole Baker, 40, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Phillip Grimes pursuant to local warrants/theft of service valued between $100 and $750 and burglary of building.
  • Misael Luis Orozco, 37, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Robert Duncan for fail to stop (or remain stopped) (for school bus) and no driver’s license (when unlicensed).
  • Matthew Britt Lewis, 52, by Department of Public Safety State Trooper Chance Commander for driving while intoxicated.
