  • Braylon Deshaun Gates, 22, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Chief Jeff Ivy pursuant to local warrant/motion to revoke /theft of property valued between $750 and $2,500.
  • Marcus Jarrod Gipson, 24, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Richard Mojica pursuant to local warrant/grand jury indictment/assault family/house member impede breath/circulate.

  • Rebekah Leann Parker, 20, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Alberto Garza pursuant to local warrant/assault causes bodily injury.

  • Emily Janell Dunn, 42, by Carthage Police Department Officer Mark Mutina for driving while intoxicated.
  • Marc Cyrus Hipp, 41, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Stephen Gillie for unlawful possession of firearm by a felon/ tamper with identification numbers personal property/ possess drug paraphernalia.
  • Ladarrius Lanard Green, 30, by Carthage Police Department Officer Corey Mims for aggravated assault causes serious bodily harm/ terroristic threat/ felon with a firearm/ unlawful possession firearm by a felon.
  • Robert Logan McDaniel, 21, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Kevin Lake for violation of community supervision/possession controlled substance penalty group one measuring less than one gram/motion to revoke; violation of community supervision/theft of property measuring between $2500 and $30,000 against elderly individual/ motion to adjudicate; violation of community supervision/burglary of a building/motion to revoke; violation of community supervision/forgery of financial instrument/motion to revoke; violation of community supervision/theft of firearm/motion to revoke; violation of community supervision/burglary of a building/motion to revoke.
