  • Kathern Broadway Curbow, 53, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Cpl. Randy Payne for possession of controlled substance penalty group one measuring between one and four grams, fraud use/possession identity info number of items between 10 and 50 elder, motion to revoke/criminal mischief causing damage between $1,500 and $20,000.

Arrested Wednesday, November 11, 2021 were:

  • Marlon Latwaine Kelly, 25, by Panola County Sheriff Sarah Fields pursuant to local warrants/murder (two counts).
  • Matthew Ray Swain, 18, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jason Gradberg for assault causes bodily injury family member.
  • Joey Brent Fields, 37, by Carthage Police Department Investigator Brack LaGrone for assault causes bodily injury family violence and interfere with emergency call.

Arrested Thursday, November 12, 2021 were:

  • Tiffany Leann Stanford, 26, by Carthage Police Department Officer Logan Harris for criminal trespass.
  • Chris Alden Whiteside, 18, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Scott Jones for assault causes bodily injury family violence (two counts).
  • Samuel Gene Cuellar, 42, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jeffrey Martin pursuant to Austin parole warrant/parole violation/possession controlled substance penalty group one measuring between one and four grams.
  • Jason Blake Clepper, 33, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jeffrey Martin for possession controlled substance penalty group one measuring between four and 200 grams, unauthorized use of vehicle, pursuant to Harris County warrant/failure to appear/possession controlled substance penalty group 1/1b measuring between four and 200 grams, pursuant to Arkansas parole warrants/parole violation/unlawful possession firearm by felon, parole violation/theft property valued between $1,500 and $20,000, parole violation/possession controlled substance penalty group one measuring between one and four grams and parole violation/manufacture/delivery controlled substance penalty group one measuring less than one gram (three counts).
  • Kiara Shunquese Williams, 30, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Scott Jones for deadly conduct discharge firearm.
