Bailey O’Bryan Hodge, 24, was arrested by Carthage Police Department Sgt. Brandon Cevik and charged with public intoxication.
Justin Jamar Smith, 33, was arrested by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy James McBrayer and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, no driver’s license (when unlicensed).
James Dwight Shadwick, 40, was arrested by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jason Gradberg and charged pursuant to Rusk County warrant/criminal negligent homicide.
Iesha Elaine Zamacona, 31, was arrested by Panola County Sheriff Cutter Clinton and charged pursuant to local warrant/failure to appear forgery financial instrument.
John Casey Gedman, 30, was arrested by Carthage Police Department Sgt. Corey Mims and charged pursuant to Liberty County warrant/bond forfeiture unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, evading arrests detention with a vehicle, reckless driving, accident involving damage to vehicle greater than $200.
Wednesday, May 3
Kathryn Geraldine Lee, 49, was arrested by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Constable Brack LaGrone and charged pursuant to out-of-county warrant/probation violation/dangerous drug and pursuant to out-of-county warrant/criminal nonsupport.
Shelby Brianne Dobson, 27, was arrested by Panola County Sheriff’s Deputy Ronnie Endsley and charged pursuant to local warrant/failure to appear/possession of controlled substance penalty group one more than one gram and less than four grams; pursuant to local warrant/failure to appear/burglary of a building/failure to appear/possession of a dangerous drug and pursuant to out-of-county warrant/criminal trespass.
Harold Weldon Wilson Jr., 69, was arrested by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Chad Gary and charged with theft of property valued between $2,500 and $30,000.
Robert Walter McEnturff, 42, was arrested by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Travis Wilson and charged with possession of marijuana less than two ounces.
Tonya Marie Kinsey-Harper, 40, was arrested by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Matthew Mitchell and charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1/1-B between one gram and four grams; possession of marijuana less than two ounces; theft of material aluminum/bronze/copper/brass valued less than $20,000.
Rebecca Renee Horsley, 28, was arrested by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Matthew Mitchell and charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1/1-B greater than one gram and less than four grams, possession of marijuana less than two ounces, theft of material aluminum/bronze/copper/brass less than a value of $20,000.
Antonio Ladart Moore, 43, was arrested by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Matthew Mitchell and charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1/1-B greater than one ounce and less than four ounces, possession of marijuana less than two ounces, theft of material aluminum/bronze/copper/brass valued less than $20,000, evading arrest detention with previous conviction and pursuant to outside agency warrant/prohibited acts/use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tracy Lamar Ferguson, 50, was arrested by Carthage Police Department Officer Robert Hairgrove and charged with harassment of public servant, resisting arrest search or transport, driving while intoxicated.
Thursday, May 4
Antonio Ladart Moore, 43, was arrested by Panola County Sheriff’s Deputy Colton McNair and charged with theft of property valued between $2,500 and $30,000.
Harold Weldon Wilson Jr., 69, was arrested by Panola County Sheriff Cutter Clinton and charged pursuant to U.S. Marshall’s warrant/unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
Robert Walter McEnturff, 42, was arrested by Panola County Sheriff’s Sgt. Travis Curry and charged with possession of marijuana less than two ounces.
