Arrested Wednesday, April 28, 2021 were:

  • Teel McDaniel Hooper, 50, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Torey McLemore for possession of controlled substance penalty group one measuring less than one gram and burglary of building (five counts).
  • Dana Kelley Spradley, 47, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Joshua Nagle for burglary of building (five counts) and pursuant to local warrant/motion to adjudicate guilt/burglary of building.
  • John Kevin Youngblood, 56, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Torey McLemore for burglary of building (five counts).
  • Warren Devon Castleberry Jr., 30, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chris Hansen for possession of controlled substance penalty group two measuring less than two ounces and possession marijuana measuring less than two ounces.
  • Jessica Sallex Lockett, 23, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chris Hansen for possession of controlled substance penalty group two measuring less than two ounces.

Arrested Thursday, April 29, 2021 were:

  • William Richard Rabson, 24, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chris Hansen for possession of controlled substance penalty group two measuring between four and 400 grams.
  • Ramiro Escobedo III, 40, by Carthage Police Department Officer Jon Kassaw pursuant to local warrant/ dog at large (city ordinance), pursuant to local warrant/ failure to appear.
