  • Cheyenne Nichole Ballard, 24, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Stephen Gillie for possession controlled substance penalty group one measuring between four and 200 grams, possession of controlled substance penalty group two measuring between four and 200 grams, possession controlled substance penalty group 1A measuring less than 2O AU, possession of marijuana measuring between four ounces and five pounds, possession of controlled substance penalty group three measuring less than 28 grams, unlawful carrying of weapon (two counts).

  • Darrell Demond Sheppard, 37, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chris Hansen for possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia, and pursuant to Caddo Parish warrant/ possession of dangerous drug.
  • Terry Paul Stelly, 20, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chris Hansen pursuant to local warrant/ GJI /theft of property valued between $2,500 and $30,000.
  • Shannon Dal Twomey, 53, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chris Hansen pursuant to local warrant/ criminal trespass.
