  • Paula Kathleen Reynolds, 58, by Carthage Police Department Officer Jason Gradberg possession of controlled substance penalty group one measured less than one gram, possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces, and pursuant to Harrison County warrants/driving while intoxicated, and possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces.
  • Rodney Dewayne Muckleroy, 53, by Carthage Police Department Officer Brandon Cevik for public intoxication.

  • Mark Dewayne Allen, 23, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jacob Samford for failure to maintain financial responsibility and failed to drive in single lane.
  • Victor Uriel Diaz-Barcenas, 24, by Carthage Police Department Investigator Brack LaGrone for interferance with public duties and resisting arrest search or transport.
  • Israel Mendoza Pacheco, 46, by Department of Public Safety State Trooper Joey Pace for driving while intoxicated third offence or more.
  • Terry Jamar Lewis, 30, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Travis Curry pursuant to local warrant/driving while license invalid.
  • Rontavious Damone Robinson, 30, by Department of Public Safety State Trooper Chance Commander for possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces.
  • Cory Jacob Burns, 28, by Carthage Police Department Sergeant Corey Mims pursuant to Rusk County warrant/possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces.

  • Jeffrey Raymond Jackson, 52, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Ronnie Endsley pursuant to local warrant/motion to revoke/possession of controlled substance penalty group one measuring less than one gram.
  • Roy Lee Waits, 46, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Ronnie Endsley pursuant to local warrants/motion to revoke/possession of controlled substance penalty group one measuring less than one gram, open alcohol container, and driving while license invalid.
