  • Irish Shuntay Ware, 32, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jeremy Nagle pursuant to local warrants/motion to adjudicate guilt/robbery, and failure to appear/obstruction/retaliation.

Arrested Wednesday, July 17, 2019 were:

  • Edward Lee Thomas Jr., 26, by Carthage Police Department Officer Johnny Villasenor pursuant to local warrants/motion to revoke/criminal mischief measuring between $750 and $2,500, motion to revoke/assault causes bodily injury family violence, motion to revoke/possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces.
  • Joshua Elvin Money, 25, by Carthage Police Department Officer Johnny Villasenor pursuant to local warrant/motion to revoke/ possession of controlled substance penalty group one measuring less than one gram in a drug free zone.
  • Martin Pina Lopes, 33, by Department of Public Safety Trooper Zack McBride for driving while intoxicated.
  • Robert Logan McDaniel, 21, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chad Gray pursuant to local warrant/ burglary of building.

  • Justin Eric Adams, 24, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Heather Green for probation violation/possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces (Angelina County).
  • Eric Robert Peloquin, 47, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chadd Gray pursuant to local warrant/ grand jury indictment/ credit card or debit card abuse.
  • Linsey Sessions, 30, by Carthage Police Departemnt Officer Mark Mutina for public intoxication.
