  • Ervin Joe Peden Jr., 38, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Richard Mojica for unauthorized use motor vehicle and poss of marijuana measuring less than two ounces.
  • Alma Elizabeth Brown, 45, by Department of Public Safety Trooper Chance Commander for failure to identify fugitive intent give false info, possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces, possession of controlled substance penalty group one measuring between four and 200 grams, possession of controlled substance penalty group three measuring less than 28 grams, possession of controlled substance penalty group four measuring less than 28 grams.
  • Charles Heath Haney, 41, by Department of Public Safety Trooper Chance Commander for possession of controlled substance penalty group one measuring less than one gram.
  • Tony Dale King, 47, by Department of Public Safety Trooper Chance Commander for possession of controlled substance penalty group one measuring less than one gram.

  • Stephen Edgar McCauley, 57, by Carthage Police Department Officer Johnny Villasenor for criminal trespass.

  • Robert Lee Bandy, 39, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Stephen Gillie for tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair and possession controlled substance penalty group one measuring between four and 200 grams.
  • Alma Elizabeth Brown, 45, by Panola County Sheriff Kevin Lake pursuant to Caddo Parish warrant/possession controlled substance penalty group two measuring between one and four grams.
  • Willard Robert Forsythe, 39, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Stephen Gillie for tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair and possession controlled substance penalty group one measuring between four and 200 grams.
  • Matthew Ray Swain, 17, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Phillip Grimes for assault causes bodily injury family violence.
