A Panola County grand jury returned 47 indictments, 42 unsealed and six sealed in a recent term.

Indictments issued on April 28 were:

William Lee Billingsley, of Beckville, for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of controlled substance penalty group one measuring less than one gram stemming from Dec. 10, 2020 incidents

James Edmond Curry, of Carthage, for three counts of theft of property valued between $2,500 and $30,000 stemming from incidents on Nov. 11 and Nov. 14, 2020

Ozell Holland Jr., of DeBerry, for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon stemming from a March 7 incident

Crystal Nicole Baker, of Gary, for two counts of burglary of a building stemming from incidents on March 11, 2020 and Oct. 23, 2020

Wesley Issiac Jenkins, of Gary, for two counts of burglary of a building stemming from incidents on March 11, 2020 and Oct. 23, 2020

Lekedreon Deshun Hayward, of Beckville, for two counts of abandon endanger child criminal negligence and aggravated assault date/family/house with a weapon, stemming from Dec. 9, 2020 incidents

Dana Keith Jones, of Timpson, for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, stemming from a Dec. 30, 2020 incident
