Weekly Roadwork Report: Feb. 11-17, 2018

This is a schedule of work being planned for the dates noted above. Weather conditions and unforeseen problems can cause delays or cancelation of work.
U.S. 259 – At Red River north of De Kalb, constructing new bridge.
U.S. 259 – From U.S. 82 to FM 44, adding shoulders.
FM 1297 – From FM 2878 to FM 559, widening highway.
U.S. 59 – From Loop 236 South to Loop 236 North in Queen City, repairing concrete pavement.
I-20 Westbound – From Texas 43 to Gregg County Line, repairing pavement. Various lane closures, expect delays.
I-20 – From FM 31 to 0.5 mile west of U.S. 80, repairing pavement. Various lane closures, expect delays.
FM 1997 – In front of ETBU, adding sidewalk.
FM 2625 – From Texas 43 to 0.5 mile west, constructing mine haul road overpass.
U.S. 80 – From Loop 281 in Longview to Veterans Avenue, upgrading guard rail.
Texas 149 – At Texas 315, constructing overpass and widening highway.
U.S. 271 – From end of freeway section of US 271 to 0.3 mile south of FM 3417, extending freeway lanes and constructing overpass at FM 3417. Note: FM 3417 crossing at U.S. 271 to be closed Monday through Wednesday as crews set concrete beams for new overpass.
U.S. 271 – At Ripley Creek and Ripley Creek Relief, replacing bridges.
Texas 155 – From south of Sabine River to U.S. 80, replacing bridges and widening roadway.
Texas 155 – From FM 1002 to U.S. 259, upgrading guard rail.
